Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tspn vanilla (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)
Directions
Step 1
Place the oats into the blending bowl.
Step 2
Place the water into the blending bowl.
Step 3
Blend for one minute, or until oats are evenly mixed.
Step 4
Drain the milk with a cheesecloth over a large bowl.
Step 5
Transfer liquid into bottle, adding salt and vanilla if desired.
Step 6
Place in fridge and enjoy for up to 7 days! Freezer friendly for up to 1 month.
