Ingredients
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 pinch ginger (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Peel and chop the carrots. Place the carrots into the Babycook steam basket, with the ginger on top.
Step 2
Fill to water level three and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Once cooked, place the carrots and ginger into the blending bowl.
Step 4
Add in the honey and olive oil and blend slightly, leaving a thicker consistency.
Step 5
Enjoy!
