Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup onion sliced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 7 grams butter or olive oil
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup potato cubed
  • 1/2 cup carrot sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • pinch salt and pepper
Directions
Step 1
Put the veggies, herbs, salt and pepper in the steamer basket.
Step 2
Pour water into the tank (Level 3).
Step 3
Start the cooking process.
Step 4
When the veggies are cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
Step 5
Add some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
