Ingredients
- 225g Chicken, cut into small cubes
- 4 tbsp Light low salt soy sauce
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 3 Soft dried apricots
- 2 Limes, juice
Directions
Step 1
Place chicken, garlic, ginger and apricots in the Béaba Babycook® steamer basket.
Step 2
Pour water into the tank (level 3 for Original, Solo, Duo and Neo), (Solo Express; Eco Mode 170ml).
Step 3
Start the steaming cycle.
Step 4
After cooking, reserve the cooking juices for later.
Step 5
Transfer the cooked chicken, garlic, ginger and apricots to the Babycook® bowl.
Step 6
Add the soy sauce, lime juice and a small amount of the cooking juices and blend. Add more cooking juices if needed to reach required consistency.
Step 7
Transfer to a bowl and serve.
